Our machines and systems from the V 500 and V 800 series are characterised by a modular structure. They are based on a vertical bed on which the processing units and clamping fixtures hang inside
the workspace. Therefore, machining chips fall unhindered onto the underlying chip conveyor.

downstream conveyor / buffer sections.
+ Chips fall unhindered and freely
onto the underlying chip conveyor. The guide and linear rails are always kept free of chips.

Processing operations, such as milling, drilling, centring and thread cutting, are carried out on both sides,
in one work cycle and without manual intervention. As standard, up to 3 tool spindles are implemented per side.
However, special requests are possible at any time.
